Terms & Conditions

These conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.

PRICING
All prices on this site are based on BRITISH POUND (£). You are required to pay delivery charges at the checkout stage based upon the appropriate delivery zone as set out in Shipping page.

PAYMENT
The total cost of your order is the price of the goods and delivery charges as set out in Shipping page. Payment can be made by Stripe (including most major credit or debit cards) and bank transfer.

RETURNS
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, simply notify us of your intentions within 30 days of delivery.

RETURN PRODUCT
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of partially assembled products.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE
Unfortunately we cannot cover all unforeseeable costs and the return fees shall be at the purchaser’s responsibility.

INVOICING
An invoice will be provided when you receive your order. If you require the invoice to be sent under separate cover – e.g., if your purchase is a gift to be sent to the recipient – please indicate this in your order.

GUARANTEE
iSimRS guarantees that the purchased goods were free of material and manufacturing flaws at the time of the transfer of the goods and that they have the guaranteed quality set down in the contract. Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the goods immediately for flaws and quality. In the case of apparent flaws, these must be reported to us in writing within 2 days after their discovery, the same is valid for latent defects. Otherwise, the guarantee for these defects does not apply. The guarantee is for 12 months after shipment. With complaints, the purchase date must be proven with the invoice provided you with the products. The article being complained about with full accessories together with an exact description of the error must be sent in together with a copy of the delivery receipt in the original packaging with suitable outer packaging, with sufficient postage paid. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, and misuse, improperly installed or improperly tightened screws are not covered by the warranty. The guarantee expires if the customer changes the goods delivered. With defects which are the fault of the buyer because of improper handling, the buyer is committed to carry all resulting subsequent improvement and transport costs.
Note: Our cockpits are in Black Textured Melamine Faced MDF, cracks of melamine and splits on the clamping point this is normal and cannot be considered as a manufacturing defect.

DELIVERY
We will deliver your order to the delivery address given at the time you place your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted dependent on the lead time of the product, normally process orders within 1 business day after the payment is received. Delivery dates acknowledged by iSimRS LTD. are non-binding estimates only, based upon the best available information concerning suppliers lead times and transportation schedules. Estimated delivery dates will be considered as accepted by the buyer unless disagreement is notified to the Company in writing within seven days of order placement. Special delivery conditions requested by the buyer should be given in writing at the time of order placement and will be considered by the Company and if necessary, conditions and charges may change accordingly. The package(s) has full insurance of the purchase price. If package is damaged by Hermes, DPD or DHL Buyer has to fill damage claim and we will replace all damaged parts, if any.

DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR THE F-Sim Cockpits
We call your attention to the need, on the day of receipt of your package to check its status by opening and checking its state inside.
Indeed, the package may be in perfect cosmetic condition outside, but if the package has been dropped on one side or the cockpit components could be damaged.
In case of a problem (open the package, empty the package contents that are damaged), Then please refuse the delivery and mention the specific reason for this refusal on the delivery document. Instruct the courier to return these goods to the sender.
However, if you still wish to keep these goods, please still write on the delivery documents and let us know, we will be in happy to discuss further this with you.

INDEMNITY
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website, or by the use of any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.

CONTRACT
Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details are contact details set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms & conditions. The company accepts responsibility under these terms & conditions for its commitment to you.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Visitors purchasing goods and services online will need to provide name, mailing address, telephone number and email address. Your telephone number may be passed on to the carriage company we employ to deliver your goods. These details allow us to process your order and, subsequently, keep you up to date with the status of your order.

The information you provide allows us to alert you to new products, services, special offers/promotions, news and events. We will not share your information with parties outside our organisation (except to the extent required by law, court order, or as requested by other government or law enforcement authorities).
